Jumix web design plans are paid yearly or biyearly.
Can I request for refund?
Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after payment.
Can I remove the ‘Design / Powered by Jumix’ attribution?
No.
Can I provide you with my design?
Yes, if you have your own concept or design ready, you can
share it with us. Although this will not affect our pricing.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Your website will be mobile friendly.
We’ll optimize the views for mobile, tablets and desktop.
Do I get to keep my domain and data if I cancel my subscription in the future?
Yes, domain ownership belongs to you when your subscription
is active.
You can also opt to export your data should you want
to cancel subscription in the future.
Do you after-sales provide support?
We provide email support and ticketing support from
Mondays to Fridays, 9AM – 5PM, excluding public holidays.
You can also get self-help from our Knowledge base.
Can I download Jumix or use Jumix as a platform to DIY my website?
No. Jumix is a fully-managed web service, our platform serves as a
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) which is not transferrable or exportable.
Jumix does provide option to export your data upon cancellation.
How long is the lead time?
For an 8-page web design plan, the typical time frame for completion
is 8 to 10 weeks.
Our priority is to deliver exceptional quality rather
than rushing through the process.
If you have a specific deadline
that needs to be met, kindly inform us prior to signing up.
Do you include web hosting? What if I already have a server, can I use mine?
All Jumix web design plans will be hosted on our Dedicated Server,
ensuring we can give you the best support at all times. You could
continue using your server for emails, but the website
would need
to be hosted on Jumix server for better performance and availability.
