What is your payment term?
All Jumix web design plans are billed either yearly or every two years.
Can I request for a refund?
No refunds will be issued once payment is made. We’re committed to delivering great work, but we also value clear, upfront expectations.
Can I remove the ‘Designed / Powered by Jumix’ attribution?
No.
Can I provide you with my design?
Yes. If you already have a design or concept, feel free to share it with us. We’ll use it as a reference, but it won’t affect the pricing.
Will my eCommerce website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. All our websites are designed
to work seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Do I get to keep my domain and data if I cancel my subscription in the future?
Yes, the domain belongs to you as long as your subscription is active. If you decide to cancel, you can export your data before ending the plan. Please refer to our terms page to see what data you can export.
Do you provide after-sales support?
We offer email and ticketing support from
Mondays to Fridays, 9AM – 5PM, excluding public holidays.

Can I download Jumix or use it to DIY my website?
No. Jumix is a fully-managed web design service, not a drag-and-drop builder.
How long does it take to complete a website?
For our 8-page web design plan, the average timeline is 6 to 8 weeks.
We focus on quality, not speed. If you have a specific deadline,
let us know before signing up, and we’ll see if we can make it work.
Is web hosting included? What if I have my own server?
Yes, we host your site on our Dedicated Server to ensure fast loading, high uptime, and better support.
If you already have your own server, you can still use it for emails, but your website must be hosted with us for optimal performance.
