PROBLEMS & STRATEGY

Eugene realized there was immense potential in leveraging social media for recruiting new agents, but lacked the experience in lead generation. He came to Jumix for assistance in establishing a stronger online presence.
We kicked off by creating Eugene’s personal website, Ek.my, as the central hub for his branding efforts. From there, we developed a content strategy for his Instagram and Facebook accounts to organically grow his followers. We complemented this with ads aimed at converting his audience into qualified leads.

Web Design

EK.my became the main platform to turn interested individuals into qualified leads. We designed a long-form landing page with engaging copy to attract and convert visitors. Unlike the typical dull and static landing pages, EK.my has a youthful, interactive, and dynamic design, creating a more inviting and modern experience for users. This helped build a strong first impression, positioning Eugene as approachable while emphasizing the value of joining his team.

Content Marketing

Our goal was to establish Eugene’s digital persona as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and approachable. While we highlighted his impressive achievements, we also focused on showing his fun and easy-going personality. This balance was crucial to avoid intimidating newcomers who might feel overwhelmed by his success.

The content was designed to make TeamPME look welcoming and structured yet vibrant and dynamic, appealing particularly to young adults looking for career opportunities in insurance. Through this content strategy, we showcased Eugene as an inspiring leader and his agency as a place where recruits could thrive in a supportive and fun environment.

Performance Marketing

In parallel with building Eugene’s personal brand, our goal was to recruit potential agents for his team. We created several direct-response ads designed to drive traffic to EK.my for conversion. These ads performed well, resulting in several high-quality leads that led to successful interviews and ultimately high-performing agents in Eugene’s agency.
