StellarPac was a new brand entering the market, focusing on manufacturing poly mailers and online packaging materials. Transitioning from a building materials company to this new venture, they faced challenges right from the start. Their previous online efforts had yielded no results—poor visuals, unqualified leads, and zero sales, even after hiring an agency.

When Jumix took over the StellarPac project, we were confident that we could turn things around. By fine-tuning their market positioning and crafting a compelling Unique Selling Point (USP) for their marketing efforts, we set the stage for immediate success.

Content Marketing

Starting from scratch with 0 followers on StellarPac’s Facebook and Instagram pages, we knew our first task was to grow their audience and establish trust. We focused on creating educational content to address common market misconceptions, particularly the belief that Chinese poly mailers were always cheaper. We aimed to break this misconception by highlighting that StellarPac’s products not only offered superior quality but were also competitively priced.

Our content strategy showcased the high quality of StellarPac’s products, emphasizing their stretchability, custom design options, and durability—features that set them apart from competitors.

Performance Marketing

Our primary goal for StellarPac was simple: generate qualified leads. To achieve this, we implemented a series of automated messages to handle frequently asked questions and to qualify leads efficiently. This automation helped potential customers determine which products suited their needs best, ensuring that only the most relevant leads reached the sales team.

Our efforts were so successful that StellarPac requested a two-week pause on ads while they scaled their team to handle the unexpected influx of leads and inquiries.

By the fourth month, we scaled ad spending by 500%, consistently generating over 400 leads per month.
