How long are your contracts?

Jumix eCommerce design plans are paid yearly or biyearly.

Can I request for a refund?

Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after payment.

Can I remove the ‘Designed / Powered by Jumix’ attribution?


Can I provide you with my design?

Yes, if you have your own concept or design ready, you can
share it with us. Although this will not affect our pricing.

Will my eCommerce website be mobile-friendly?

Yes. Your website will be mobile friendly.
We’ll optimize the views for mobile, tablets and desktop.

Do I get to keep my domain and data if I cancel my subscription in the future?

Yes, domain ownership belongs to you when your subscription
is active. You can also opt to export your data should you want
to cancel subscription in the future.

Do you after-sales provide support?

We provide email support and ticketing support from
Mondays to Fridays, 9AM – 5PM, excluding public holidays.
For Shopify plans, please reach out to Shopify Live Chat Support.

Do I get ownership of Jumix eCommerce or can I use Jumix as a platform to DIY my eCommerce website?

No. Jumix is a fully-managed web service, our platform serves as a
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) which is not transferrable or exportable.
Jumix does provide option to export your data upon cancellation.
The same goes for Shopify plans.

How long is the lead time?

It will take approximately 25 - 60 days to launch an eCommerce
website from scratch. Our priority is to deliver exceptional quality
rather than rushing through the process. Certain applications
such as payment gateway accounts might further prolong the
process. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met,
kindly inform us prior to signing up.

What if I already have a server, can I use mine?

As Jumix eCommerce is a software-as-a-service (SaaS), you will not
be able to use your server to host the eCommerce website.
You could continue using your server for email purposes.
