TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This promotion is valid until 20th September 2015, or once 10 people has signed up for this offer.
- You are bound by our Terms of Service listed in this page wherever applicable.
- Free web design is based on first come, first served basis.
- We’ll place a link back to our website in the footer of your website. This is not removable as long as your website is still using the design/template/layout that we provided. We deserve the right to terminate your website should we find the link is missing.
- Support & communication is strictly via email and our support portal only. Phone calls will not be entertained.
- RM150 Google AdWords Credit will be given after you have spent RM50. Your Google AdWords account must be opened under our MCC account to be eligible for this credit. URL must be “Net-New to Google” (first time setting up a Google account in the last 14 days), or 45+ days inactive (advertiser who has not received clicks for the past 45 days).
- If you do not select a template or have no idea which one to use, we’ll use Divi as default.
- If you want to use other paid/premium templates, we’ll charge RM550. Same charges will apply despite you have the template files or not.
- No customization on the design will be provided. Extra charges may be imposed beforehand if customization is needed. Read more about free support & paid customizations here.
- You can choose to make an ecommerce website with us to enjoy 20% discount, however this will forfeit your eligibility of getting the free web design. You can only choose either one.
- You are responsible to provide the ‘final’ version of your content to us. If you have any content changes afterwards, extra charges may incur or you can change it on your own for free.
- Free web design is provided at first come, first serve basis. Most probably we will complete your website in 30 days upon receiving your content in their final version, but we make no guarantee or promises on this.
- Standard yearly recurring fee (RM250 per year) on Jumix Design Lite Plan and Serverfreak’s hosting plan is applicable.
- We deserve the rights to decline or terminate this promotion prior to the dateline or before the free slots are fulfilled for any reasons we deem fit.
