First, let’s check your business’s eligibility:
1. Company is at least 60% owned by Malaysian.
2. Company registered with Malaysia SSM (Sole Proprietary, Partnership, LLP, Sdn. Bhd.).
3. Company has been in operation for at least 6 months.
4. Company’s average yearly turnover is more than RM50,000.

HOW TO APPLY?
Follow these steps to apply for the Digitalisation Grant:
Step 1: Contact Jumix and tell us which services you want to sign-up for and apply for the grant.
Step 2: Elaborate on your requirements and request a quotation.
Step 3: Pay for the invoice to Jumix and submit proof of payment to Jumix.
Step 4: Jumix will assist you with the documentation checking & audit before submitting it for approval.
Step 5: Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification from Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. A copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor(s) of the business.
2. A copy of the business registration licenses
Sdn. Bhd. (Registered by Jan 2017) – Form 9, 24, 49, and M&A
Sdn. Bhd. (Registered after Jan 2017) – Section 17, 14 & 58
Sole Prop or Partnership – Form A / B / D
3. Latest audited financial statements or latest financial management account statements or the bank statement for the latest two (2) months;
4. Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank.
5. Fill up this BSN Form.
